The E-voting will start at 09:00 hours PST on April 15, 2025 and E-voting System will be disabled at 16:30 hours PST on April 15, 2025. The student are encouraged to cast their votes as early as possible. The Election Committee of the Institute will not be held responsible, if the e-voting website becomes unavailable at any time during the e-voting process, due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

No additional time shall be given, under any circumstances, beyond the permissible time announced for E-voting.
